Sharp Pain and feels on fire

Hello. I got my old implant out and new one 5 days ago. Today, I picked up a case of water and I got a stabbing pain in my arm. Now, whenever I move my arm at all, not at the incision site but where the implant is, I get a sharp knife stabbing pain mixed with a "on fire" feeling thats nearly bringing me to tears. Do I need to go to the ER? Could a nerve ending be touched? Please help
