Second time of extended bleeding- should I take it out?

This makes my second long period but I mean I’ve had some normal ones in between! But I’m on day 13 and it’s super heavy again after trickling and I’m feeling so awful because of it. I really don’t want to have it taken out because it wards off pregnancy without almost giving me a stroke, but, I can’t handle bleeding without stopping for more than a few weeks I’m already anemic. I need advice I’m so worried about what’s happening to me
