I'm a long time customer of Newegg. And while Newegg hasn't necessarily gotten worse, it simply does not compare to other retailers in 2015.
After a bad experience with defective parts and a very slow RMA process, I will be turning to other retailers as my primary source of computer parts.
However, I've been a customer with Newegg for around 7 years now and ordering thousands of dollars worth of stuff. I figured I'd at least give them a short email explaining why I'm no longer going to shop with them.
Is it going to make a difference? No, but I figured I'd at least do it for myself.
That said, I can't find where to send general feedback about Newegg in general.
