I've been ordering from Newegg since 2006 and have never had a problem, shipping has always been pretty fast even with eggsaver shipping for me. On 6/8 I ordered a refurb asus laptop, SSD drive, some cables. The SSD and cables have already arrived but the laptop is still "packaging". I talked to a CSR on 6/12 and they said along the lines of "this item comes from a different distributor and they haven't updated the order info, we'll put in a request for them to update it and you should hear something from us soon."
I thought about getting the upgraded shipping for 10 bucks more but figured, nah eggsaver is usually fast anyway. Don't think it would matter but at least I'd be able to get on their ass sooner if it comes to it.
Anyone have similar experience or have any tips? I used to love newegg but more and more they've been letting me down
