Hi so I have pretty bad arthritis and don't feel crazy comfortable building a pc at the moment due to some life stuff however I am seeking alternatives as it's time to upgrade, during this process I went to newegg to look at some parts and saw they had a custom pc builder where they build it for you and ship it. I couldn't find too many people who had done this so I wanted a bit of input from you guys. My alternative is to take it to microcenter, a mom and pop shop or have a friend build it but he's currently away for an unknown amount of time.
I heard the customer service on it was pretty awful but outside of that I haven't heard anything, Have any of you done this? What were your experiences like?
