Two Geordie Ratpack tickets for sale!

Hello! Due to me being a megalomaniacal control freak, I have two tickets to the Geordie ratpack for sale as they're surplus to my requirements. Does anyone want them? I paid £50 for tickets delivery insurance, would be looking for £40ono.
The gig is 14/12 at the Tyne Theatre. They're good seats, central view of stage in the stalls. There's a buffet hedgehog and it's mad craic always, this'll be the third show I've been to!
