Solo travel for 4 days in Northumberland/Newcastle any recommendations?
Post Body

I'm (M25) coming up from Leeds next week between 21-24 for a Bruce Springsteen concert but will be staying in Newcastle. Since it's going to be my first time in this region, would like to have some recommendations. I mainly enjoy outdoor stuffs, photography & history so would love to visit the many castles here. Any nearby interesting towns/castles that are worth visiting or a must?

Regarding Newcastle itself, would also love to discover some local, hidden gems restau/food places.

Edit* I've already visited the Hadrian wall and Durham last year so that's out of the picture. I also don't drive

Thanks everyone!
