What's your favourite building inside and out in the North East?

I know this probably might sound a bit poncey but I find good architecture to be really uplifting in a way, I really like the Sage for example?

I work at the uni and yes, the old campus has some real gems around. Percy has some nice mid-century features and the Pharmacy school one is pretty cool too
