Drinks and a good crowd?

Hey there. I have a few days in the city this week with work and wondering where’s good Tuesday and Wednesday evening for drinks with a laid back atmosphere. Any pointers just shout this way!
I like a good beer but it’s the surroundings and environment I’m looking for. Don’t want to do the usual hotel room with a beer!! Thanks in advance all! ☺️
