Anyone Lived in Lemington

I'm back in UK after traveling for a while and am looking to rent a place back in Newcastle, I lived in Gateshead 2017-22. I've found a good place in Lemington on Northumberland Road next to the Asda but I've heard bad things about the area. Has anyone got experience of living there?
