New Youtuber & Twitch Streamer. Question about uploading clips & vods to YouTube

I uploaded a vod and some clips to my YouTube. I downloaded them from Twitch and then uploaded to Youtube. I didn't use the export feature for fear of any automatic compression/downgrading.
In my YouTube Studio, it says that they've only processed in Standard Definition. But when I look at the videos in my channel, I am able to select 720p 60 quality, which is the original quality that I streamed at. Do they not consider 720p to be HD? Or is there something that's still processing in the background?
