What Gear to Use to Get Started?

I have an idea for a channel and am wondering what I should use to film and edit.
For video I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and a Go Pro 9.
For editing I have a MacBook Air 2015 i5 chip with 8gb of RAM and 128 gb hard drive and a new MacBook Air 2021 M1 with 8gb RAM and 256 hd. I also have a 10.5" iPad Pro 256gb.
So far I have no lighting or microphone. Any suggestions on what to get, to get started with high quality looking videos?
