Should I remove a music compilation with a few copyrighted tracks before applying for monetization?

Post Body
Hi, i'm working my way towards 1,000 subs for the monetization goal (currently at 640 subs).
My channel has easily past the 4,000 hours watched metric, but largely due to one video I made compiling some music tracks. YouTube has detected some of the songs as copyrighted but no strikes or anything. Under the 'restrictions' column it says ineligible for monetization for that one video.
Should I remove this video before applying to the monetization program?
Should I remove it as soon as possible?
Will something like this hurt me?
This one video is an exception, and I am making videos with original content more and more regularly but still this one video dominates my 'hours watched' metric .. how bad is that?
Thank you for the help!
