Deleted videos, watch hours stayed the same

Hey guys, just deleted tons of non original content ( I have racked up 4k hours on original content )
My question is, it still shows all thsoe watch hours from the other vids I have deleted, I can reapply so I don't wanna reapply if it still shows all those other hours because maybe those video are somehow still in the system and they'll reject me?
