For 5 months I’ve been doing yt, I usually upload 10-15 videos per month, my videos where 3-5 min long with very low views. At his point I had uploaded over 60 videos one of them was my “viral” with 2k views, 3 videos with 700-800 views, 5 videos with 70-200 and the rest is just 💩 and all of that got me 150 subs, when I noticed that my channel wasn’t working I tried to switch to shorts and I did like 20 short but only one “blew up” with 13k views and 150subs So this July with my 300 subs I was upset because nothing was happening 😒 tried to read the articles and watch youtube videos about “ how to grow your channel” “how to get more views”. In one video this guy said “YouTube will promote more long videos so that people stays longer here” So I took some notes from all of this and did the work Longer videos I told my audience to like and subscribe ✅ Better thumbnail made good clickbait ✅ and I uploaded my videos and guest what? 550subs in two weeks, I’m 150 away from my first thousand subscribers 🥰
