Is there a peak time to post videos on YouTube?

I have been trying to be consistent at posting my videos and I noticed that one of my recent videos got more views overnight than the most recent 2 that I posted. Is there a peak time? Any suggestions? Thank you.

I’ve heard it’s weekdays between 5pm-10pm EST but like the previous comment said, there are different time zones. I would just go by wherever you think most of your potential viewers would be.
