I'm running a webcam based live stream channel out of Hampton Road Virginia broadcasting Shipping and Navy Traffic on the Thimble Shoals Channel. We got a lot of commercial traffic and Military ships that float by. Something similar exits in San Diego watching the Naval bases there.

I have only been up and running for a couple of months. The first month was a technical disaster that I have now sorted. So effectively really only been up and stable for a month. But I've gotten good subscriber engagement with 350 subscribers in month. But what I can't seem to figure out is that my watch hours don't seem to be increasing. When I look at my analytics I see something like 800 watch hours in the past 365 days. But when I look at Earn tab the public watch hours is only about 165. What is the difference and how are you supposed to get watch hours with a 24x7 stream?
