Getting reviewed for monetization

i finally hit the first goal with the 500 subs and 3000 watch hours and applied for the partnership program, i setup my adsense account and now they’re reviewing my channel. my question is when i hit 1000 subs and the 4000 watch hours, will i have to go through this process again? or will i instantly get to put ads on my content?

If you get approved at this first tier, when you get to the second it’s just clicking through a few buttons to turn ads on, no second review!
