So I've always heard of people struggling with watch hours to get monitized but I'm getting it in reverse. Now I'm nowhere near getting monetized (I've only got 186 subs) but I've already hit 2k watch hours? Am I doing something wrong that people aren't subbing or does anyone have any ideas on how I can get people to sub.
My YouTube is in my profile bio if someone wants to look and make suggestions, all help is appreciated.
