Hi, the max views my shorts get is 11k, I have around 20 shorts that all have 10k views and i can’t seem to get past this number. Is there any advice or algorithm changes I need to make? Thank you for any advice. It seems my shorts either get 0 views, 400 views, or 10k views and no in between lol.
i have 20 videos and 23k subs (4 videos over 1 million, 10M views in total). i'll tell you what the key ingredient is: your videos have to be incredibly consistent in topic and format. if you make one video which is not catered to your audience, they will not watch it. youtube learns very quickly who your video is for. if you make a video thats completely different (in topic and format) youtube will be confused. because why would it know who to show it to?
example: my last 7 videos have over 500k views. except 2, they got like 40k. the reason is i changed the format just a little bit. and people instantly notice and they just want to see the other format more
