Hello everyone. I read along with this sub often so I figured I would post my experience. I made a YouTube page well over 10 years ago to advertise for my small business and had some success (pre-monotization days), but I eventually closed my business and retired, and the page went with it, but that means I do have some previous experience with youtube. I also have Hollywood experience, so I am familiar with the workflow of a professional set.
I recently started a bowling channel for me and my friends, and I have had good success so far I feel. I am about to pass 1400 subs and 8k watch hours in the next day. It is a bowling channel, so I dont expect to do gaming numbers, and as a result I am happy with the performance so far.
I want to thank everyone for all their posts on here in the past, I was able to read a lot about modern youtube and how the algorithm and monetization seem to work. Feel free to let me know if you want to check out the channel
