I have a friend who is also a realtor who has a youtube channel that has 6k youtube subscribers. He is one of the bigger RE youtubers in my area, population 2mil During the covid craziness i helped him close $250k in commissions in 18 months. Since then the channel activity has slowed a lot. Less frequent and lower quality content less views, typically 500 a video. Only 1-2 comments.
I now have the opportunity to buy this channel and try and turn it around with some better content. It will cost me $10k plus 40k in future closings.
What are yalls initial thoughts on this? Any real estate youtubers who would go this direction?
What are the pros and cons i should consider.
That seems like a RIDICULOUS price??
