What should I do with hate comments?

For context, I have a small gaming channel with decent views.

I just recently got my first hate comment 3 times from the same person this week, their account is also 4 days old. They said that my editing sucks, quit YouTube (Just started like 3 months ago :/) blah blah... I'm not going to take it personally but what should I do with hate comments in the future?

And also, should I delete their comment?

Comment, heart them, pin them, engage. The only comments I actually delete are just the like.....dumb horny ones
