I just started YouTube about a month ago and wondering how you can effectively manage your time during the week so youโre not totally consumed by YouTube?
On average I spend 10-15 hours weekly researching, scripting and sending off the videos to an editor โ๏ธ and this is with two YouTube videos which are 10-15 minutes in length produced weekly.
Is anyone producing more? Is anyone producing less?
Thank you members
It's been hard due to work and kids, but we had an unexpected slowdown with kids getting sick and holiday breaks so we are playing catch up.
But our goal is 2-3 long form videos a week, and realistically with the type of content we do, it's feasible, just a bit harder while having to be parents.
