Do you only get one shot to get approved for the monitization application process? Or can you re-apply?

So to be specific lets say you meet the subscriber and watch time hours metric and on paper you qualify to apply.
But you get declined because some of your watch hours were with popular mainstream music.
Can i later after gaining more watch hours with non-copyright music reapply at a later date as many times as I like or do I only get 1 shot?
