Can I use nintendo character models without copyright strikes from nintendo?

I want to use characters like mario and peach but due to all the music copyrights that have been going on with nintendo these past 5 years I'm worried that if I just use the character models I might have my channel taken down but there are youtubers like smg4 who are just fine profiting off of youtube. Am I ok?

My entire life I have known that Nintendo does NOT fuck around when it comes to copyright.

That being said lately on some videos my kids watch I hear nintendo music all the time, so take that with a grain of salt.
