So I feel like my channel has been doing decent in its first month I just hit 500 subs today and I’ll probably hit 3k watch hours in the next 1-3 days.

However, YouTube is such a rollercoaster and it can be very demotivating seeing views go up and down and seeing good and bad comments.

Even though I hit 500 subs today it has been tough to make my next video. What are some things that you guys do to stay motivated and not get down by the rollercoaster moments?
