I have fairly new channel ( less than a month old) so far i have 37 subscribers. By some unknown reason the video i uploaded last week got a boom in views and i got way more views than i normally would. Most of those people are watching my video in it's entirety, my watch hours are going up pretty fast. But i only won 5 subscribers since then, i don't ask for subscritions on my videos because i think it's annoying. At the very last seconds of my videos i put a subscribe and like message on screen ( like a sub button) and that's about it.
But i need to increase my subscribers numbers and i think the fact that i don't actively ask might be the cause, because most people who do click on my videos, are watching it on it's entirety. But how do i do that without being annoying?
