How does YouTube algorithm works ?

Hey guys I just found this Reddit and I’m glad I did I have so many questions but I’ll start with one.
Why is it when I try to push the algorithm by posting 3-4 videos/shorts a day YouTube only push one video to 500-1000 views and the rest gets 0 view ?
