Youtube suddenly started killing my channel

I have a new channel about tech. I made around ten videos now, but around two weeks ago even channel growers that had 20k views on them just flatlined. And no matter what I do, all my videos flatline within hours. Not just new ones stopped getting impressions, even the old ones. Do you know what to do?
i haven’t violated any rules, have no restrictions, nothing.
