Can I use Chris' FPS Configs on a mac?

Pretty much title.
EDIT: So, if anyone else is having problems, the location you need to put the file is /Users/<Login_Name>/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/<Steam_Username>/team fortress 2/tf/cfg
You also might need to show hidden files, instructions can be found here - as standard, you shouldn't run random code on your computer without verifying it.
