Im so confused what sort of requirements I need to post places

I posted here not long ago just asking about requirements you need to meet for like everything but it’s so difficult to actually post because everything needs requirements?????? I’ve posted in so many different places and I think every single one had some sort of requirement I didn’t meet and it’s starting to get frustrating, I wish they told you what requirements you need to meet instead of just saying you don’t meet them and not elaborating any further
