5.11 Company 3.0 CST Boots(opinions)

New to the station life, so I’m looking for boots that I can easily take on and off, obviously in a timely manner, as opposed to just wearing them all shift like I’ve done on 12 hours. I’m particularly interested in the above boots and am wondering if anyone has used these or can recommend something similar. I’m not on a tight budget, as I think good footwear is essential to a good shift. Thanks in advance!
