Should I change the wheels?

Hey Skaters! Trying to skate outdoors on sidewalks & streets, but it's a struggle. I see others skating the same area effortlessly, and I'm wondering if it's my wheels. Iām a beginner in skateboarding too. I've got this Kryptonics Skateboard Mini Fat California Cruiser - 23" x 7.75ā, with 100A durometer I believe & 60mm x 45mm wheels.
Are these wheels good, or should I switch them? Any tips or recommendations?
