Need a new board to get back into skating. Pls advise

Sooo it's been years , after breaking my hand I was a little shocked and just now got comfortable trying again. I bought the malto deck years ago. It still looks good besides a few scuffs and a tiny crack (possibly just in the paint at the screw hole. . Should I skate it? Put it up as a collectible and get a whole new board? The other deck is something I was given , it seems pretty old and I can't find any info on it at all.
