Hello eveyone,
(First time user here)
I found a nice 1984 Honda Goldwing 1200 on Facebook Marketplace. The seller states that it must pass inspection. Is that a mandatory procedure in Quebec? Can I not buy the motorcycle in cash and leave with it on a trailer? I'm planing on modifying the bike over the upcoming winter so i won't register it before then anyway. Any help would be appreciated!!
