Crash mental rehab

Been riding for a solid year now. First got a Indian scout sixty then bought this bad boy on impulse because it was an amazing deal. Three days after I bought it, randomly dropped it going 20pmh on an interstate, still don't know what I did to fall exacy. Broke my hand in 6 places and now back on it. There's damage on the other side but minimal. Any advice for getting over the fear or crashing or calling after a fall? I've been riding ok but the impact of the fall itself still hits me here and there.
