Post Body

My baby is 3 month. Born full term donโ€™t have any respiratory issue. Sleep in the bassinet in our bedroom at night. But since I saw some TikTok video of people losing their child even at 8 month old. I cannot help but feel anxious all the time since He is at the peak now , up to a point Iโ€™m too scared to fall asleep. Do you feel the same way ? And how can you keep yourself saint ?

Comments

I got an owlet monitor for my baby. An alarm goes off if heart rate or oxygen levels fall outside of the "normal" range. It helped me sleep knowing that I would be alerted the second anything wasn't right. I have heard that for some people it made them more anxious so it depends on if you think it would help. It is not a medical device or meant to diagnose anything, but it really helped me rest easier.
