FIGHTING NAPS

I have been trying to get my 14week old to nap for 3 hours, as we have to go out in a few hours and I need her to sleep obviously. Every time I transfer her she wakes up, I really am at my wits end I spend half my day just trying to put her to sleep and she only naps for max a half hour now unless we contact nap. Iām losing my mind please I need advice
