Habits to start with my 3 month old for a happy good sleeping baby?

Post Body

We hit 3 months, and I want to make sure we are establishing good habits

Currently our nighttime routine is bath, Jammies, book, and daddy gives her a bottle till she’s sleeping and transfers to the crib.

We are currently all living in one room due to renovations, so our bedroom is also our living room. So we haven’t been able to dim lights, no sound machine and we just have the tv on low.

I keep seeing people say they put the baby in the crib drowsy but awake, but she trashes and flails if she doesn’t get rocked/nursed to sleep. I worry this will create issues later, but she really won’t sleep any other way especially at night.

Sometimes she will eat for 2 hours to go to sleep, which of course isn’t ideal. She was sleeping through the night until two weeks ago.

So if there’s anything y’all could think of to help; it would be so appreciated.
