Baby #3 coming soon after ten years and forgot what foods to avoid and what diet to follow when breastfeeding… any tips? Basically I want to make sure my diet is clean so my milk does not hurt my baby with gas/colics.
I don't really follow any particular diet, sometimes I eat more oats or drink coconut water bc that helps with supply (allegedly), but other than that, no big deal. When I was still in the hospital talking to lactation consultants, they said there's nothing in particular you need to eat, it's more about taking in enough calories and staying hydrated. My baby is 14 weeks and has never had colic or excess gas. I think just burp your baby often and keep them upright for a bit after feeds.
