Can anyone relate to this? I had carpal tunnel throughout my pregnancy in both wrists/hands. But now 2 weeks after giving birth my left hand is still pretty bad. My OB said that after delivery it could “get worse for a week and then go away,” but it’s been 2 weeks and hasn’t changed. It’s mainly numbness in my first and middle fingers which is not only uncomfortable in general but affects me when breastfeeding. So just wondering if anyone else experienced this as a lasting effect and if it did eventually go away on its own.
