I’m fairly sure I’m going to accept a great job offer at Tulane and it would require me to move from another southern city known for its terrible traffic congestion. I’ve visited New Orleans many times and always get around really well via streetcar. Is that realistic to do every day as a local? Could I rely on it for a daily commute during rush hours? I’d really, really love to get rid of my car…
