Beware guys Veriheal is going down hill. First their prices start at $200. If you ask they will do a discount for $175. NuggMD is $149. Anyways I had the appointment with Veriheal. And their doctor never updated my prescription. Then Veriheal couldn’t get a hold of him either for days. Strange thing was at 12 at night. I get en email from a rep at Veriheal stating that the doctor needs the last 4 of my ssn? I replied but I almost wished I hadn’t lol really strange they didn’t even ask for that, the time before or ever. But still my prescription never updated. Today I decided to just check NuggMD instead. Their customer support right away felt more human like. I set up the appointment and saw the doctor same day in less than 25 mins. When I was done with the video call my prescription had already been updated in the system. Great doctor I forgot to ask him for an increase in allotment and he did it anyways.
