I’m confused that I’ve manifested almost 99% of everything I want but even when I’m like 100% sure I’ll get my sp, doesn’t work?

I know you’ll tell me you don’t believe it or you’re not living it, but I really have and most of my manifestations don’t even take super long to materialize, so I’m kinda confused.
I’m trying to understand if there’s something I’m missing. Maybe you were in my shoes but then you were able to manifest your sp.
I have manifested my sp to change but didn’t last plus it took almost 2 years. Now we’re in NC. I know me posting this can feel useless bc I gotta go within but sometimes we gotta let it out.
