Hi everybody!

I have a question: to preface, I've been pretty depressed. The last few months have been pretty rough and I have attempted to stay positive to no avail. Last night, I had something resembling a mental breakdown/meltdown. I was crying hysterically and genuinely feeling sorry for myself. It even got to the point where I felt like nothing was going to work out in my favor. (I'd like to blame the full moon from last night but I digress.)

This morning, I feel slightly hungover from the breakdown but in the grand scheme of things, I feel better overall. I even did some meditations about my manifestations.

My question: can a mental breakdown serve as a BOI? Has somebody had their manifestations present themselves in the 3D world shortly after a mental breakdown?
