Hola I've noticed that when I do an imaginal act and I receive news of it via a sign that comes after the end, I don't seem to be encouraged. For example, I imagined having a different body measurement and I was having fun with this and taking to myself saying this is the way I look. On the way home I saw a sale, go in and want to try something on. The sales lady insists that I am not my old measurement and hands me something in the size I wish to be and when I try it on, I am my new size. I however couldn't stay in the reality of the new size because this was too quick for me.

Now I love SATS. I notice that whenever I do SATS, I notice a positive bridge of incidents within a week minimum. And for some reason I can't go back to SATS after that. I was doing SATS until five days ago and then I received news which is supportive of my end after which I couldn't repeat SATS after that.

This can't be me dropping the seed because it takes me out of the new story and I would love to persist with SATS cos I've never been able to do that. Other techniques don't help me feel much. Has someone experienced this before? I've yet to receive my manifestation in 3d, but there seems to be a push and pull created.
