Episodes where Jimmy doesn't say "and our friend" at the end

For some reason I will always remember the Matt Oswalt episode because I thought it was going well, but at the very end Jimmy pointedly doesn't call him a friend like he does for most guests. He simply says "and that's Matt Oswalt". He even pauses just slightly before saying it, as if to make the decision to not call him a friend. Maybe there was something off about the vibe that I wasn't picking up on through the audio.

What are other episodes where Jimmy doesn't say "and our friend" at the end? This kinda fascinates me for some reason.
