Wish me luck guys. Did my first session today. DIY, at home (“Brain-Trainer). Emailed my sister right afterwards a pretty laconic, “I finished. I need a drink.” Boom, within a few hours, I knew I was going to heal. Deep down, there’s a calmness drawn out of the subcortical structures of my imbalanced brain. I know that sounds like garbage. Hopefully I’ll have more more concrete changes to share.
Can't wait to train tomorrow. I can train every day, no limit except when I feel overwhelmed or have an adverse reaction, then I just back off, is my understanding.
