connecting WiFi signal to a hotspot device

Hi
My neighbours have courteously allowed me to use their WiFi till our current contract finishes (shit ISP). However not all rooms in my house can reach the signal nextdoor.
How can I get around this? What sort of device can I connect? I'd like to use wireless all around the house so maybe a router to router setup of some sort.
Also, do ISPs allow this? (UK)
